During this week’s mental health webinar, PROTECH Co-PI, Clinical Director, and Associate Professor Dr. Kenneth Fung explains what processes we engage in when we sleep, the importance of our internal clock in regulating our sleep, and how it may be influenced by other factors, such as light and temperature. Dr. Fung discussed why we dream, and shared tips about how to improve our sleep.
