The COVID-19 pandemic has created a range of issues within the workplace for both employers and employees. Employers have to take greater responsibility for keeping their space safe while also coping with constant change and uncertainty. Employees are faced with the fears and anxiety of receiving fewer hours or laid off. This can place more significant stress and affect the well-being of all those involved, and even further exacerbated within the Asian community as we face various levels of discrimination and racism. This week, we have invited three guests to share and discuss ideas on what we can do to face such challenges.
