On October 2, 2020, the Government of Canada introduced 3 new benefits in response to COVID-19 that replace the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB), which ended on September 26, 2020. The following benefits are for workers who do not qualify for Employment Insurance (EI) and are administered by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA):The following benefits are for workers who do not qualify for Employment Insurance (EI)

- Canada Recovery Benefit (CRB)
- Canada Recovery Sickness Benefit (CRSB)
- Canada Recovery Caregiving Benefit (CRCB)
