Project PROTECH’s fifth Resiliency Dialogue will take place on Thursday, December 3, 2020, at 8 pm EST. Mark it down and don’t miss it, we have many great speakers this week!
Since the start of the pandemic, we have been spending more time online using various social media platforms to stay connected. How has racism existed before and after the start of COVID-19? What are some challenges we are facing online during the lockdown?
Our three guests will present case scenarios regarding racism against Chinese and Asian Canadians through online and social media within the context of the current COVID-19 pandemic. We will have a short discussion to unpack these issues and explore various strategies for those affected.
