Foundation to commemorate the Chinese railroad workers in Canada (FCCRWC) invites you to participate in their virtual Zoom July 1, 2021, Annual Wreath Laying Ceremony.
This Zoom event will honour the 4,000 Chinese lives that were lost during the construction of the railroad and the 17,000 Chinese labourers that came to Canada between 1881 and 1884 who participated in the construction of the first transcontinental railway (Canadian Pacific Railway “CPR”) that united Canada geographically and politically.
