The COVID-19 pandemic, caused by the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, has quickly changed our lives in Canada and around the world. We need to come together to stop the spread of COVID-19! Each one of us has an essential role to play in protecting ourselves, our vulnerable populations, our healthcare institutions, and our communities. BE AWARE. STAY INFORMED.

Wash your hands often – use hand sanitizer

Avoid touching your face (eyes, nose and mouth)

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surface (e.g., door knobs, handles)

Maintain physical distancing (at least 2 meters)

Virtual social connections  (No in-person social gatherings)

Stay home as much as possible

Wear a face-mask 

(if you have to go outside and/or when you can’t ensure proper physical distancing. (e.g., public transit, elevators, small pharmacy/stores)

Complete a self-assessment 

(if you think you have COVID-19 symptoms or been in close contact with someone who may have it)
